The General Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between the company Turkawka & Co. Tutti Tartufi, Zollikon (CHE-279.801.194) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
www.tuttitartufi.ch is the online store of Turkawka & Co. Tutti Tartufi, Zollikerberg. The offer is aimed exclusively at persons of legal age who are resident in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Basis of the business relationship
A confirmed order entitles the customer to make use of the service offered, provided that delivery is not made impossible by unforeseen circumstances. The applicable rates and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions and any other specially agreed terms and conditions and contractual bases shall apply.
Invoice and payment
The goods are delivered against payment by credit card, PostFinance Card, cash in advance, cash payment or against invoice. The invoice amount is due within 30 days. A fee of CHF 10 will be charged with the reminder for outstanding invoice amounts. Thereafter, Turkawka & Co. Tutti Tartufi, Zollikerberg reserves the right to suspend deliveries until the outstanding amounts have been paid.
Final provisions and place of jurisdiction
Should parts of these GTC prove to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is exclusively the municipality of Zollikon.
