Ingredients for 2-4 Persons

Preparation

  1. Roast scallops in enough butter (Truffle butter and cooked butter), depending on size 1-2 minutes per side, so that they are white but moist inside.
  2. At the same time toast the bread and mix the rocket salad with olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
  3. either serve bread and salad seperately or add scallops on top as shown in picture below.
  4. Garnish with fresh truffle and chopped parsley. Pour the butter left in the pan over the scallop toasts
  5. Finally sprinkle a bit of Aceto balsamico vinegar.
